Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care, domestic assistance, social support and transport in clients' homes.
  • Follow individual care plans developed by our coordinators and allied health team.
  • Document each visit accurately in our care management app, and flag changes in the client's wellbeing.
  • Build trusted relationships with bilingual senior clients and their families.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent — or willingness to complete within 6 months.
  • Current First Aid + CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain), Australian working rights.
  • Spoken Mandarin or Cantonese is highly desirable; English written communication essential.
  • Driver's licence and reliable car preferred (kilometre allowance paid).

Assistant Care Partner

Responsibilities

  • Support a senior Care Partner during shadow shifts and double-up visits with higher-needs clients.
  • Assist with light personal care, meal prep, mobility support and companionship.
  • Help set up and pack down centre-based group activities; support participants during the session.
  • Complete required learning modules and supervised practice hours during your first 90 days.

Requirements

  • No prior aged care experience required — we provide structured paid training and mentoring.
  • A genuine warmth for older adults from multicultural backgrounds.
  • Willingness to obtain First Aid, NDIS Worker Screening, and Cert III within 12 months (we sponsor study leave).
  • Available for at least two shifts per week, including some weekends.

Group Activities Planner

Responsibilities

  • Design a quarterly calendar of culturally meaningful group activities — outings, workshops, light exercise, festive celebrations.
  • Coordinate venues, transport, volunteers and risk assessments for each event.
  • Co-design programs with clients and family carers, ensuring inclusion of CALD seniors with diverse mobility and cognition.
  • Capture engagement data and present quarterly reports to our service leadership team.

Requirements

  • Background in diversional therapy, leisure & lifestyle, social work, community development or related field.
  • 2+ years experience designing group programs for older adults, ideally within CALD communities.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese strongly preferred; able to write program promotions in both EN and ZH.
  • Current First Aid + CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check (where activities involve intergenerational programs).
